This will be the fourth city wide tour of ADUs. 10+ ADUs will be featured on this tour. This year’s tour will feature a garage conversion, an attached ADU, above the garage ADUs, new construction ADUs, and two basement ADUs.

This tour will contain a new set of ADUs throughout Portland, never featured on the ADU Tour before. Bike racks will be available at each ADU location.

On Saturday, I’ll teach two 2-hour workshops (CE credits available for realtors through Earth Advantage), that will provide homeowners with a comprehensive overview of the information and process involved in developing an ADU on a property in Portland.

Sunday, there will be 10+ ADUs on the self-guided tour. There are some beautiful and unique ADUs on this fall tour, some of which are being built right now.
