Save the Date for the 2015 Build Small Live Large Summit: Friday, Nov. 6!

Conference is Sold Out!  The Build Small Live Large Summit is back by popular demand! This unique, one-day event will convene leading small home designers, builders, developers, realtors and policy makers to share what’s working, what’s new, and what’s next in this exciting housing trend. The Summit, planned for Friday, November 6^th will feature educational sessions, an exhibit hall, and a select number of small home models on display.

The demand for small homes continues to grow exponentially as people of all ages discover that a smaller home might be the key to a larger life. Alan Durning from the Sightline Institute and tiny house pioneer Dee Williams from Portland Alternative Dwellings will lead off the day with inspiring keynote speeches about the power that building small dwellings has to transform our communities, and how positive change really does begin at home.

Attendees will find information here that is truly nowhere else. Explore the range of options within the world of small and tiny homes, how to incorporate net-zero energy and water strategies in efficient footprints, get a crash course in building your own backyard cottage ADU, and see successful examples of small home communities.

The day will be packed with information and opportunities to network with leading designers, builders and developers of small spaces in the region.
