ADU owners: take this survey from students at UC Berkeley

Hey folks, if you aren’t familiar with New Avenue Homes, you should be.  They’re a developer/builder that has created dozens of ADUs in the Bay Area, and their CEO Kevin Casey has developed some really interesting options for financing.  Here John Hayden of New Avenue writes that they are collaborating with students from UC Berkeley on a survey of ADU owners — please spend a few minutes filling it out. — Martin

After helping over 65 people build ADUs in just 3 short years, New Avenue is happy to collaborate with BEACN, a student-run business organization at UC Berkeley, to research various social and lifestyle factors pertaining to living in or with accessory dwelling units.

Together we’ve crafted a super short survey (3 mins) for people who have built ADUs, which is gathering very helpful information about the need for accessory living spaces and their affect on people’s lives. We’ll be happy to share the results in the upcoming weeks and one lucky survey taker will win a gorgeous vase from Heath Ceramics!

Take the ADU survey now!
