Bibliography for policy makers and academics

One of our editors (Martin) has created an open database of references about formal research into ADUs, other space-efficient forms of housing, and related topics such as demographics and environmental impact.  Search it at this Zotero.org page:  Space-Efficient Housing bibliography.

Martin welcomes new contributors to the database — contact him through the Zotero page or via a comment below.

We also maintain a wiki-like list of  current municipal codes and regulations here.

I have a research document on ADUs that I would like to contribute. Please let me know where I can send the PDF. Thanks!

I work for a southern california coastal city and am looking for studies on the impacts of second dwelling units, which will hopefully back up my contention that the impacts are mininmal, and provide support for reducing or eliminating traffic, sewer and water impact fees.
