A Practitioner’s Guide to Appraising ADUs

Appraisals for ADUs have always been tricky.  To help educate appraisers, real estate and finance professionals, DEQ, Earth Advantage, and AccessoryDwellings.org have developed a new guide to help summarize “best practices” for appraising ADUs.
